Events up to 500 people are allowed.
Museums and galleries, castles, cinemas and theatres have reopened under strict hygienic conditions. Before visiting any cultural institutions, we recommend to check information at their websites.
A calendar of events can be found at the GO TO BRNO website:
Sportsgrounds can be open, including their facilities (i.e. changing rooms, showers etc.).
Wellness centres and saunas can reopen to a limited extent from 25 May.
There are more strict measures for swimming pools. There can be maximum of 300 people at a time, a swimming pool’s capacity is limited to 5 sq.m. per person in the swimmers’ part and to 3 sq.m. per person in the non-swimmers’ part. It is necessary to keep 2-meter distance and to wear a face mask when moving around the area (a face mask is not obligatory only when staying at one’s towel, on the way to water and in water).
Both outdoor and indoor expositions are open again. Cash desks have reopened too (it is not necessary to buy tickets online in advance); the train is operated again. The Virtual Expedition at Radnická street is open as well.
Educational trails, tips for walks in nature reserves and parks or information about natural wells. All necessary information with well-arranged maps can be found at the Brno Forest Administration website (in Czech only).
Brno architecture manual will take you to the most interesting modern buildings in Brno. At present it can offer 14 tours – in the city centre, Černá Pole, or south of Brno among others.
